4D3N senaru trek and Sembalun trek.

This program is very suitable for beginner climbers. This program is also very suitable for family vacations, or very suitable for those who really want to enjoy a holiday on Mount Rinjani ( relaxing program ).
As usual, Before starting the climb, we must first prepare climbing equipment such as: mountain shoes, jacket, change of clothes, gloves, Flashlight or headlamp, toothbrush and toothpaste, and a small bag for personal belongings. Foods and drinkings water including. if you want to drink…?, you can only ask your guide or porters.
Foods menu during the climb:
1- Soup noodle vegetables + egg + rice,
2- Special fried rice with vegetables, fried chicken, fried egg, shrimp crisp.
3- Sandwich/burger,
4- Spaghetti + egg,
5- Chicken curry vegetables + rice,
6- Capca vegetables + rice + fried chicken,
7- Fried noodle vegetable + fried chicken + fried egg.
Eating is the most important thing in climbing. Prioritize health and safety while climbing.
We also serve appetizers such as chocolate fried bananas, Mount Rinjani style martabak and others.
and for dessert we usually provide various types of fruits such as: pineapple, watermelon, apple, and others.
Before starting trekking, usually at night or on the day of your arrival, we or our team will provide direction first. And if there is anything missing, you can ask our team about it.
Equipment that must be brought: jacket, change of clothes, gloves, Flashlight/headlamp, toothbrush and toothpaste, ( prayer equipment for Muslim women ), mountain stick if needed, small bag for carrying personal items.
First day: We woke up early at around 06:30 am, and immediately packed our personal belongings. At 07:15 am we have breakfast first, then we will send you to the starting point of the climb ( Sembalun trek ) or the entrance to Mount Rinjani National Park using taxi or treking car. Before entering the Mount Rinjani National Park area, your guide will take you to register at the Mount Rinjani National Park office. During registration, we need your complete data, such as: your name as it appears on your passport, passport number, or national identity card number.


After completing registration, We can immediately start climbing, namely exploring the Savannah cow pens which has very natural beauty. And during the climb, at several points, the Mount Rinjani National Park government provides several rest areas which is called a rest post ( pos 1, pos extra, pos 2, pos 3, pos 4 ). Each post has a travel time of approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.

Pos 2 ( lunch ).
After we arrived at post 2, then our porter will prepare for lunch. The lunch menu is usually soup noodles + egg + rice. And of course the porter will also serve desserts such as some fruits. And the porter will also serve soft drinks and hot drinks between: Coca cola, sprite, Pocari sweet, ploridina, mineral water, coffee, tea, and milk.
After finishing lunch, we will continue our journey to the Sembalun crater rim.
From post 2 to post 3, we usually travel for approximately 1 hour. Then from post 3 to post 4 we need 1 hour normally. And from post 4 to the Sembalun crater rim, it takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.

From the crater rim of Sembalun, we can enjoy the natural beauty of the paradise island of Lombok . From here we can see the sunset directly.
While waiting for the sun to set, our porter will make extra food such as: fried bananas, sandwiches and others. While we enjoy the natural beauty resulting from our struggle to climb, our porter prepares for dinner.

After finishing dinner, we will rest and sleep to restore our energy, Usually your guide will warn you not to keep your shoes outside the tent, because sometimes there are naughty dogs who like to steal shoes.


The second day: ( the peak of Rinjani ). We will wake up at 01:30 am, then our porter will make us breakfast before leaving for the summit of Rinjani. We will depart for the summit of Rinjani at 02:00 am, and climbing participants are required to wear: jackets, gloves, flashlights or headlamps.
The weather at the summit of Rinjani is very cold, sometimes dropping to 4°C. So we had to wear jackets and gloves.
The journey to the peak of Rinjani will take a normal journey of 3 hours. Before leaving for the peak of Rinjani, your guide will remind you to always be careful on the journey. If you feel tired during the trip, it is better to rest. And if you feel that you will not be able to reach the peak of Rinjani, then it is better for you to return to the tent to wait for your friends to return from the peak, don’t force yourself. Safety is number one .
The journey to the top of Rinjani, We as tour guides divide the peak climbing route into three climbing models.
1. steep path, approximately 1 hour,
2. the path is quite gentle, the time spent is approximately 1 hour,
3. a very steep path or commonly called liter E. On this last path, many climbers choose to give up, because the path is full of small rocks, which makes the climbers run out of.

Even though the route we took was very difficult and extreme, when we reached the peak of Rinjani..! Then we will know how enjoyable it is to struggle against fatigue. And the results of our struggle will be paid off by natural views that are like heaven on earth that we could never have imagined how beautiful it is.
When we have reached the peak of Rinjani, we will wait for the sunrise while eating some snacks to add a little energy. After enjoying the beautiful atmosphere at the top of Rinjani, Then we will return to our tent for breakfast and a few hours of rest before continuing the journey down to Segara Anak Lake and the hot spring water.
Still on the second day: After finishing breakfast at the Sembalun crater rim, we will continue our journey down to Segara Anak Lake and hot spring water. From the crater rim of Sembalun to Segara Anak Lake, we will cover the distance in approximately 3 hours normally.
For the second night, we will stay on the edge of Segara Anak Lake. Here ( Segara Anak Lake ) It’s the most beautiful location for photography. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to take a photo.

The third day: Your guide will wake you up around 07:30 am with breakfast ready to be served. Because this program is a relaxed program, your guide will probably invite you to continue your journey to the Senaru crater rim around 10:00 am. If there is still time, your guide will invite you to visit special places on Mount Rinjani such as: cave susu, cave payung and other things.
From Segara Anak Lake to the Senaru Crater Rim, we will cover a distance of approximately 4 or 5 hours.
At the Senaru crater rim, your guide will invite you to spend the night, namely the third night.
As usual, while we rest and enjoy the beautiful natural scenery at the Senaru crater rim, Our porter will serve extra food such as fried bananas, sandwiches, etc.


The fourth day: wake up at 05:30 am, so you can enjoy the beauty of the sunrise at Senaru Crater Rim. At 07:30 am we have breakfast. And after finishing breakfast, we will continue our journey down to Senaru Village.
From Senaru Crater Rim to Senaru Village, it will take approximately 6 hours. And as usual, maybe between post 2 and post 1 our porter will prepare for the last lunch. After finishing lunch, we will go straight down to the Senaru gate.

If we have arrived here, it means our climbing program is complete. So before we part with our porter and guide, maybe we can take a photo together as a souvenir. And it has also become a tradition for climbers, when we have finished climbing, we will say goodbye and thank to our porters and guides.
